Main configuration:

1. Shot blasting room
It consists of a steel structure chamber, a shot blaster, a guard plate and a sealing device.
The interior walls are made of Q235 steel plate + rolled Mn13 guard plate.

 

2.Shot Circulation System
The shot circulation system consists of a longitudinal screw conveyor, bucket elevator, BE separator, maintenance platform system, shot air control valve, shot guide pipe and new shot blasting machine.

3. Dust removal system
3.1 Cyclone dust removal

The cyclone dust collector consists of a cylinder, a cone, a top cover, an air inlet pipe, an exhaust pipe, an ash discharge pipe and an ash collection hopper.

The dust is separated from the air flow, collected and discharged from the machine.
