The hook-type shot blasting machine is divided into single hook and double hook. The hook-type shot blasting machine uses two hooks to load the workpieces alternately into the shot blasting cleaning chamber. The shot blaster throws 0.1~1.5mm projectiles onto the surface of the workpiece, so that the surface of the workpiece reaches a certain roughness, making the workpiece beautiful, or changing the compressive stress of the workpiece to increase its service life.

As the standard model of shot blasting cleaning machine, the hook-type shot blasting machine has a rotating diameter of the shot blasting chamber ranging from 1000 to 3000 mm and a height ranging from 1200 to 3000 mm. The standard model has 2-7 blasting heads and a load capacity of 10,000 kg. This shot blasting machine has a very high production efficiency and a wide range of flexibility. It is an ideal cleaning and strengthening equipment and is easy to operate. Just load the workpiece to be processed onto the machine and press the start button. After a very short time (usually 5-7 minutes), the entire cleaning process is completed and all dust and residual shot are removed. It is mainly suitable for the surface treatment of various medium and large castings, forgings, weldments, and heat-treated parts, including fragile and irregularly shaped workpieces.

Shot Head Details
1. The shot blasting machine motor adopts ABB, with excellent and controllable manufacturing process, good sealing, good dynamic balance, stable and reliable performance.
2. The shot blasting machine shell is made of 10mm high-quality carbon steel plate through laser cutting, precision bending and welding. The shell is positioned and welded with a special jig to ensure the parallelism of the two end faces of the shot blasting machine shell and the concentricity of the hole.
3. The top guard plate is made of die steel CNC precision machining, with a machining accuracy of ±0.01; low-pressure vacuum heat treatment is used after machining.
4. The end guard plate is made of high wear-resistant manganese 13 steel plate and is made by laser cutting.
5. The side guard plate is made of die steel CNC precision machining, with a machining accuracy of ±0.01; low-pressure vacuum heat treatment is used after machining.
6. The directional sleeve is made of die steel CNC precision machining, with a machining accuracy of ±0.01, uniform wear, and good dynamic balance; low-pressure vacuum heat treatment is used after machining.
7. The shot wheel is precision machined by die steel CNC, with a machining accuracy of ±0.01, uniform wear and good dynamic balance; low-pressure vacuum heat treatment is used after machining.
8. The blades are precision machined by die steel CNC, with a machining accuracy of ±0.01, a weight difference of ±2g for each blade, uniform wear and good dynamic balance; low-pressure vacuum heat treatment is used after machining.
9. The impeller is precision machined by die steel CNC, with a machining accuracy of ±0.01; low-pressure vacuum heat treatment is used after machining, and the surface hardness can reach HRC58-62.
10. The service life of the above wearing parts: more than three times that of casting products (shot material used: S460 or less (1.5mm cast steel shot), hardness: HRC40-50).II.Flow valve1. Semi-automatic flow control system, used to control the flow of shot entering the shot blasting machine, by manually adjusting the steel shot flow 2. Fully sealed structural design, with lockable inspection opening, equipped with two bearings.
3. Each flow valve is equipped with a manual shut-off valve at the top, which can be closed when the flow valve needs to be repaired to close the shot flowing from the silo for easy maintenance.
III. Shot blasting room
1. The shot blasting room is welded with all manganese steel.
2. Several manganese steel protective plates are installed in the hot zone of the shot blasting room, located in the 3/4 area of the direct blasting area of the shot blasting head, to prevent the steel shot from splashing the outer wall of the shot blasting room. It is suspended and fixed, easy to install, and easy to disassemble and replace.
3. A three-layer sealing structure is installed on the top to prevent the steel shot from leaking from the top during the shot blasting operation.IV.Pneumatic door1. The shot blasting room has a compact structure and a closed design to ensure that the shot blasting does not splash the steel.
2. The door is automatically opened and closed and controlled by a cylinder.
V.Y-type slide rail and lifting device
1. 1 set of Y-type rail car to achieve continuous operation of two stations. The rail changing mechanism is controlled by pneumatic valve to realize the rail changing function. When one hoist is in shot blasting working state, the other one is used for loading and unloading.
2. 2 sets of tooling systems, made of wear-resistant steel bars after heat treatment and welding (can be designed according to actual customer needs).
3. 2 sets of hoisting systems adopt 4-section skeleton telescopic structure and chain electric hoist system with good stability.
