The hook shot blasting machine is divided into single hook and double hook, and the hook shot blasting machine is loaded with workpieces by two hooks to enter the shot blasting cleaning room alternately. This model is widely used in the surface cleaning or strengthening treatment of small and medium-sized castings and forgings in gears, pinions, forging, casting, construction, chemical industry, electrical machinery, machine tools and other industries, such as descaling, burrs, sand castings, etc. In addition, this model is suitable for the cleaning of slender and thin-walled parts that are not suitable for collision. As the standard model of the shot blasting machine, the hook shot blasting machine has a rotation diameter of 1000 to 3000 mm and a height of 1200 to 3000 mm. The standard model has 2-7 throwing heads, with a carrying capacity of 10,000 kg, the production efficiency of this shot blasting machine is quite high, and the flexibility span is also quite large, it is an ideal cleaning and strengthening equipment, and the operation is simple, just load the workpiece to be processed on the machine, press the start button, after a short time (generally 5-7 minutes), the whole cleaning process is completed, and all dust and residual abrasive are removed, which is mainly suitable for the surface treatment of various medium and large castings, forgings, weldments, and heat treatment parts, This includes brittle and irregularly shaped workpieces.
