Structure

Elastic Compensation Mechanism

A new type of wear-resistant impeller newly developed by our company is made of Al2O3 as the main raw material, rare metal oxide as the flux, and special corundum lined with high-temperature roasting at 1,700 degrees. The Rockwell hardness is HRA80- 90, the hardness is second only to diamond, far exceeding the wear resistance of high chromium cast iron and the acid resistance of stainless steel.

Single face  A pair of sealed faces

Features: No external sealing liquid supply system is required, but a self-flush system is required, easy to manufacture and disassemble, and simple in structure

Applicable: general liquid occasions, such as oil bodies, etc. When combined with other auxiliary systems, it can be used in suspended particles, high-temperature and high-pressure liquids, etc.

Multi-end face Two pairs or more of sealing end faces

Features: Sealing liquid needs to be introduced for sealing, lubrication, flushing and cooling, and the pressure of the sealing liquid is 0.05-0.15Mpa higher than the pressure of the medium

Applicable: Suitable for corrosion, high temperature, liquefied gas with solid particles and fibers, poor lubrication medium, and volatile, flammable, explosive, toxic, easy to crystallize and other media

Multi-spring 

Features: There is a group of springs, and the force on the end face is uniform, but the spring wire is thin, the corrosion resistance is poor, and the installation size is strict.

Applicable: occasions with a heavy load, large shaft diameter, high speed, and low corrosion.
